The colorful and rich culture makes it one of the unique states of India. It’s a state which attracts the maximum number of tourists from all over the world.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE :

• Riders should come one day before Delhi that is Day 00.
• Day 00 is for bike trials – 11:30 AM till 04:30 PM & orientation meeting at 06:00 PM.
• These are our fixed departure dates but if you are a group of a minimum of 8 bikers then we can conduct a customized tour for you on the dates of your wish.
• If, you are bringing your own bike then kindly, book it timely from your home city for Delhi.
• If, you wish to rent a bike then do let us know timely so that we can book the bike for you.
• Customized packages on your customized dates can be made with bikes / MUV / Tempo Travelers.

DAY 00

NIGHT STAY AT DELHI
STAY AT DELHI HOTEL –00 NIGHTS

ORIENTATION DAY –Day one is a very important day as the group gets the briefing on the entire tour. The riders are introduced to each other and are open to ask any queries of the tour leader. Do’s and Don’ts are also not to be missed. If, clients wish we can book a room for them for DAY 00.

DAY 01

NEW DELHI TO MANDAWA (250 KM. – 5 HRS.)
STAY AT MANDAWA – 1ST Night

The ride will start early morning to avoid Delhi traffic. Mandawa is a small town at the beginning of the Thar Desert. A relaxing walk in the town and visiting a few ‘Havilies’ will be a pleasure. It’s having an old temple of Lord Shiva. You can visit it along the Havelis.

DAY 02

MANDAWA TO  BIKANER (160 KM. – 3 HRS.)
STAY AT BIKANER – 2ND Night

After breakfast ride begins towards Bikaner. This is one of the best roads of the entire tour and the riders love it. In the afternoon one can visit the Junagarh Fort which will be a historic experience. If, the time is there then can also visit the famous Karni Mata temple. This temple is famously known as the ‘ Rat Temple.’ Evenings are free to visit the colorful  local market of Bikaner

DAY 03

BIKANER TO JAISALMER (320 KM. – 7 HRS.)
STAY AT JAISALMER – 3rd Night

The tour starts very early in the morning. We will be crossing small villages and towns on the way to Jaisalmer. Evening we will walk around the colorful market. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04

JAISALMER – FREE DAY
STAY AT JAISALMER – 4TH Night            

Night stay in desert camps

After breakfast, you can visit Jaisalmer Fort, which was built in 1156. It is one of the main attractions of this desert city. It’s a living fort with people living in it.

One has to be back at the hotel maximum by 14:00 hrs. as the group will then proceed on the bikes/SUV’S/Tempo travelers to the sand dunes. 

On reaching the dunes the desert camel safari will be arranged on camels or on camel carts, as per the requirement and the group will go to the sand dunes. After seeing the magical sunset at the dunes we will return to our camps to enjoy and participate in the bonfire with cultural folk dances and music of Rajasthan. It will be a real treat to be a part of it.

DAY 05

JAISALMER TO JODHPUR (260 KM. – 6HRS.)
JODHPUR – 5TH Night

Jodhpur is a business center nowadays but it has the magnificent Mehrangarh fort surrounded by massive protective walls. One can visit the fort and then go for a relaxing walk to the back street which will lead to the clock tower bazaar/market.

DAY 06

JODHPUR TO UDAIPUR ( 300 KM. – 6 HRS. – ALTITUDE.)
STAY AT UDAIPUR – 6TH Night

Udaipur is an Oasis in this desert state. It’s a city of lakes and palaces.
It also has the jungle area which was once the hunting grounds for the members of the Royal families. The visit to the famous city palace can be done in the afternoon. In one part of the city palace still, the Royal Family lives.

DAY 07

UDAIPUR TO PUSHKAR ( 290 KM.-7 HRS.)
STAY AT PUSHKAR – 7TH Night

Suddenly you will be riding in hills. Pushkar is situated among the hills. It is one of the holiest cities of Hindus. It has a holy lake with a temple of Lord Brahma. It is surrounded by many temples and ghats where many sadhus stay.
We will visit the Brahma temple.

DAY 08

PUSHKAR TO JAIPUR ( 160 KM. – 3HRS. )
STAY AT JAIPUR – 8TH Night

Jaipur is the capital city of Rajasthan. It’s also known as Pinky City. It’s a very busy city and has a lot of traffic.  The markets of Jaipur are the best place to shop all Rajasthani handicrafts. One can visit and ride to the famous Amber Fort. It’s on the outskirts of Jaipur and is built on a high hilltop. It is an architectural marvel. On the way to the fort can see the Hawa Mahal, which is on the road to Amber Fort.

DAY 09

JAIPUR TO AGRA – 238 KM. – 4 HRS.
STAY IN AGRA – 09TH Night

Agra is world famous for Taj. Taj is one of the 7 wonders of the world.

We will visit the famous Taj and then the Red Fort.

DAY 10

AGRA TO DELHI – 205 KM. – 5 HRS.

TOUR INCLUDES :

• Well-experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups. The spares, engine oil, and any bike damage on the way will be chargeable. Fuel for the complete tour.
• Bikes / MUV / Tempo Traveler will be given strictly as per the itinerary only.
• Backing vehicle for mechanical and medical support. The car will be having tools and spares too. If, the number of bikers is 8 or more then only the backing car will be with the group otherwise mechanic will be on his bike with tools and spares.
• 09 nights / 10 days accommodation on a double, twin, or triple sharing bases in standard hotels/tents/heritage properties/camps starting from Day 01 at Mandawa till night stay at Agra.
• Before the tour or between the tour if the group number is odd then the accommodation will be at triple sharing.
• For couples, accommodation is on double sharing.
• Food (Breakfast & Dinner) from day 01 breakfast on the way to Mandawa till breakfast on the 10th Day in Agra. All meals in the hotel where we stay or at eating joints on the way & may not be in major towns where people prefer to have platters according to their personal tastes.
• The inner line permits restricted/protected areas for Indian nationals.
• Basic First Aid Kit. It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.
• Tour Leader cum Guide has the responsibility to manage the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.
• Overall luggage to be brought for the tour should be a maximum of 60 ltr. as you have to carry it to your room on your own & no suitcase should be brought on the tour.
• The spare parts/engine oil used on the way or any bike damage on the tour is chargeable.
• Helmets for rider and pillion rider.
• Basic First Aid Kit. It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable
• TBC – T – Shirt per rider.

TOUR EXCLUDES :

• GST @ 5%
• Bike security deposit.
• Spare parts, Engine oil used on the way or any kind of bike damage during the tour is payable as extra directly.
• Bikes / MUV / Tempo Traveler will be given as per the itinerary only and not for the local, free day, or free time rides.
• If, the rider because of any circumstances leaves the ride in between then the charges for transporting the bike from the leaving point till Delhi will be chargeable.
• Any personal air/bus / taxi/jeep fare Any kind of personal expenditure such as tips, lunch, extra meals, alcohol, mineral water, laundry, optional tours, medical expenses, phone calls , entrance fees to monuments/forts/monasteries, camera fees, guide fees, etc.
• Any kind of state fees for bikes, tolls, parking, traffic challans for bikes, or any local people charging entry fees to any place.
• Any kind of personal, accidental, or medical insurance or any medical expenses.
• In case of any natural calamity, landslides, road blockage, etc. if the tour is extended or the itinerary has to be changed then any extra cost which occurs beyond our control will be on the client’s side.
• It’s an adventure ride full of challenges and unpredictable weather conditions. Some areas are also politically tensed so because of any such natural or human-made calamity if, the tour is extended/diverted or terminated before the ending date then in such case TONY BIKE CENTRE/its associated partners/ hotel owners/ cab owners will not be responsible for it and any additional cost has to be paid by the clients.
• Tour excludes all such things which are not mentioned above in our format.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

• The minimum age of the rider should be 21 years.
• The minimum number of bikers required to start a tour is 8.
• The tour can be canceled if, the riders are less than 8 in number, per group.
• If the tour is canceled because of less number of riders then the riders of that group can join the nearest date tour or any other departure from our Leh & Spiti tours or can take a total refund.
• If any rider wants to leave the tour in between then he has to pay the transportation cost from the leaving point till Delhi.
• Riders must have proper riding gear for the tour.
• Check-in time for all the hotels is 12 noon. In case of early check-in, rooms will be available if, they are not occupied.

Quotation for the Royal Rajasthan Ride 2022 – 2023

• The bike security deposit is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer.
• Security deposits paid in cash or in our account will only be transferred via IMPS in the client’s account.

DOCUMENTS TO BE CARRIED:

COVID PRECAUTIONS: Team TBC will take all the precautions during the tour to keep its team and clients safe from Covid 19 and will follow all the protocols. All travelers should follow all the protocols for the safety of the group. If, wearing of mask/hand wash/social distancing & other precautions are not taken then the team leader has the authority to take action against that traveler. If, any traveler during the tour feels any such symptoms then he/she should immediately inform the leader so that immediate action is taken.

MANDATORY :

NO RIDER WILL BE ALLOWED TO DO THE RIDE WITHOUT PROPER RIDING GEARS.  TONY BIKE CENTRE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO CANCEL THE RIDE OF A RIDER IF, HE/SHE IS NOT WEARING PROPER RIDING GEARS. NO RISK CAN BE TAKEN ON SAFETY MEASURES.

PAYMENT TERM: 100% ADVANCE

Once the order gets confirmed, we will send you our account details where you can submit RS.5, 000/ AS BOOKING AMOUNT. REST 50% of the tour cost BEFORE 60 DAYS OF THE TOUR and the balance to be paid 30 days before commencement OF THE TOUR.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Riders should be clear that what they have chosen is an expedition and can be challenging too, so be ready to face it with a positive mindset.  

REQUEST: Kindly, go through all the written material & attachments very carefully and clear all your doubts before booking or before the tour starts as once the tour starts we want to move like a family, enjoying and facing all odd & evens with a clear positive attitude and without any doubts. Once the order is confirmed then it will be considered that you have gone through all the attachments and the terms and conditions and have agreed with it.
