TOUR ITINERARY:

TOUR INCLUDES :

• Bike/MUV/Tempo Traveler from Kathmandu to Kathmandu (as per the package).
• Fuel for the complete tour (from destination to destination).
• Bikes/MUV/Tempo Travelers will be strictly given as per the itinerary & not for free day traveling.
• 09 nights’ accommodation on double / triple sharing bases (as per the package) in standard hotels & guest house with neat & tidy rooms and western wash rooms. Accommodation starts from night stay on Day 01 at Kathmandu till night stay on Day 09 in Chitwan. If, the group number is odd then 1 room will be on triple sharing (not for couples). Check in time for hotels are 12 noon, so in case of early check in, rooms will be available if they are not occupied. . Nepal season is a short & heavy season so accommodation can be divided in nearby hotels too.
• Meals on MAP plan, 2 meals (Breakfast & Dinner).Food plan starts from dinner on Day 01 at Kathmandu till breakfast on Day 09 in Chitwan. Mostly vegetarian food will be served during the tour, with eggs in breakfast & non vegetarian dish in dinner at few hotels (as per availability). The food will be served as per the fixed menu only.  Anyone who wants to order something extra on what’s served in the fixed menu then they can order it but on paying extra for it by themselves. We understand that you are on holidays & might wish to taste & enjoy more dishes.
• English speaking Tour Leader cum Guide will be there on his bike to lead the group & to manage all, by taking all safety measures & decisions.
• Experienced Royal Enfield Mechanic, trained to handle large groups, with spare parts and tools.
• The spare parts, engine oil used or any damages of the bike during the tour are chargeable.
• Backup car will be there with more than10 bikes.
• 1 bag (max.30 litre) per bike can be kept in the vehicle. Riders not to bring any hard suitcase. It’s highly recommendable that maximum luggage should not be more than 60 ltr.as you will have to carry it on your own to your hotel rooms / backing vehicle.
• Each bike should have a bag tied on the luggage carrier because in case of any traffic jams, natural calamities, breakdown, landslides etc. if the backing car is stuck behind then each rider should have the basic luggage with him for the way and for a night with him.
• Basic first aid kit. Advisable to bring your own medicines too, which suits you.
• Helmets for the rider & pillion rider (if they require). Recommendable to bring your own helmets.

TOUR EXCLUDES :

1. Bikes/Cars (for those who are bringing their own).
2. GST @ 5%
3. Bikes security deposits.
4. Bikes/Cars will be given as per the itinerary only and not for the local, free day or free time rides.
5. Day 00 accommodation. (TBC can book it for you on economical rates in a hotel where all the riders stay and where we have our orientation).
6. Spare parts, Engine oil used on the way or any kind of bike damages during the tour is payable as extra, directly to Team TBC.
7. Nepal inner line permits will be arranged by TBC but are payable by the clients (approximately 3,500 NC per person for Foreign Nationals & 1,500 NC for Indian Nationals).
8. Chitwan Wild Life Safari fees.(approximately 7,500 NC to 8,000 NC for Foreign Nationals & less for Indian Nationals). Will be arranged by TBC but is chargeable.
9. If, the rider because of any circumstances leaves the ride in between then the charges for transporting the bike from the leaving point till Kathmandu are chargeable from the rider.
10. Any personal air / bus / taxi / jeep fare, any kind of personal expenditure like such as tips , extra meals, alcohol, mineral water, laundry, optional tours , medical expenses, phone calls ,entrance fees to monuments/forts/monasteries, camera fees, guide fees etc.
11. No airport, railway station or bus stand pick up or drop.
12. Any kind of state fees for bikes, tolls, parking, traffic fines for bikes or any local people charging entry fees to any place.
13. Any kind of personal, accidental or medical insurance or any medical expenses.
14. In case of any natural calamity, landslides, road blockage etc. if, the tour is extended, diverted or the itinerary has to be changed then any extra cost which occurs beyond our control will be on client’s side & the new hotel bookings will be on actuals.
15. It’s an adventure ride full of challenges and unpredictable weather conditions. Some areas are also political tensed so because of any such natural or human made calamity if, the tour is extended / diverted or terminated before the ending date then in such case TONY BIKE CENTRE / it’s associated partners/ hotel owners/ cab owners will not be responsible for it & any additional cost has to be paid by the clients.
16. It’s a package tour so if the rider because of any circumstances leaves the ride in between then there will be no refund.
17. Tour excludes all such things which are not mentioned above in our tour includes format.

IMPORTANT POINTS :

• The most important thing is that the team which will be with the group, will be the in-house Team of Tony Bike Centre. The tour Leader, mechanics, the helpers and the tour manager (the senior most of TBC) will be TBC staff members and are not hired from outside for the tours. They are well experienced & have full grip of this route. You will be traveling with experts & not with fresher. TBC can’t take any risk of your safety.
• Minimum age of the rider for this tour should be 21 years.
• Minimum bikes required to start a bike tour is 10.
• The tour can be cancelled if, the bikes are less than 10 in number, per group (TBC Bikes). If, tour is cancelled because of less riders then the riders of that group can join the any other TBC tour.
• If, any rider wants to leave the tour in between then he has to pay the transportation cost from the leaving point till Kathmandu.
• Riders must have proper riding gears for the tour or they will not be allowed to join the group.

NO RIDER WILL BE ALLOWED TO DO THE RIDE WITHOUT PROPER RIDING GEARS.  TONY BIKE CENTRE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO CANCEL THE RIDE OF A RIDER IF, HE/SHE IS NOT WEARING PROPER RIDING GEARS. NO RISK CAN BE TAKEN ON THESE WORLD’S TOUGHEST ROADS.
