2. Pricing and Best Price Guarantee

The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the Tony Bike Centre website are per room or service and are displayed inclusive of VAT tax and all other applicable taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated otherwise on our website or in the confirmation email.

GST on Services:

For bike rental and scooter rental services, a GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 18% will be applied to the total rental cost. For tours booked through Tony Bike Centre, only a 5% GST will be charged on the total tour cost. These GST rates are included in the total price unless otherwise specified.

Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific service, accommodation, or rental. These rates may carry special restrictions or conditions, such as cancellation and refund policies. Please check the rate details carefully for any such conditions before making your reservation.

In the event of a crossed-out rate, we display the third-highest price offered in a 30-day window around your check-in or booking date to ensure a fair comparison. To make sure you are getting the best deal, we use the same reservation conditions (such as meal plans, cancellation policies, and room or service types).

We aim to offer you the lowest price possible for your booking. If you find your accommodation or service, with the same reservation conditions, at a lower price on another platform after making a booking with us, we will match the difference under our Best Price Guarantee.

The currency converter available on our website is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate or real-time; actual rates may vary.

Obvious errors and mistakes, including misprints, are not binding.
